Renee Mead

My name is Renee Mead and I have been an instructor working with Stephanie for over 10 years throughout her various fitness studios and now at our home at SMF.

I have the following certifications - Schwinn Cycle, small group fitness, and Jump Sport Fitness.  Since childhood, health and fitness have always been a part of my life.

I am an Occupational Therapist and have worked for many years selling rehab supplies and equipment.  I recently began a career in medical device sales.

I look forward to continuing to instruct classes to met the needs of all of our clients fitness levels.  I am here to help you on your journey, so please contact me with any questions.
