Hey there! I'm Amanda Bilitski, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and certified Spin and Group Fitness Instructor, and I’m all about making movement fun, energizing, and empowering. My passion for movement started at a young age, growing up as both an athlete and a dancer. I played multiple sports, including travel volleyball, and later went on to coach high school varsity and middle school volleyball. These experiences shaped my approach to fitness, emphasizing not only strength and endurance but also discipline, teamwork, and personal growth.

My love for movement has always been strong, but yoga truly won me over in my early twenties when I was looking for a fresh start. Discovering a yoga blog showcasing advanced postures reignited my curiosity, leading me to take a class. I quickly realized that yoga offered more than just physical benefits; it brought a sense of balance, clarity, and inner peace. That experience solidified my passion for the practice and my desire to share it with others.

My approach to teaching blends my diverse background in sports, dance, and fitness, allowing me to create dynamic, high-energy classes that incorporate elements of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I love working out to the music, using the beat to drive movement and motivation, making every session feel like an energizing and immersive experience.

Whether we're flowing through yoga, crushing a spin class, or sweating it out in a group workout, my goal is always the same: to bring the energy, keep things exciting, and make sure you leave feeling stronger and happier than when you walked in. I strive to cultivate an environment where everyone—regardless of experience level—feels empowered and encouraged to push their limits while honoring their bodies.
